Italian Pastry Chef Creates the Most Amazing Miniature Worlds With Delicious Desserts
Food doesn’t have to be beautifully plated in order to taste delicious, but it certainly helps when food looks appetizing.
Some chefs take plating to the extreme and do more than a simple chocolate drizzle on a dessert plate. Instead, they turn the whole experience into a work of art.
Pastry chef Matteo Stucchi lives in Monza, Italy. In 2016, he posted a photo of one of his amazing creations on Instagram for the very first time. The photos that have followed have only gotten more and more impressive.
What’s especially unique about Stucchi’s desserts is that he adds non-edible figurines to turn the dessert into a whole world. In many cases, the figurines are construction workers who appear to be assembling the desserts.
