Bruce Willis’ Wife Shares Sweet New Photos Following Aphasia Announcement
You may know Bruce Willis from one of your favorite movies. Whether it’s Pulp Fiction or the Sixth Sense or any of his other great films, Willis is certainly an actor to remember. However, his health hasn’t quite been optimal in some time.
It was recently announced that Willis has aphasia, a brain disorder that can affect a person’s ability to communicate and understand language. Some common symptoms may include speaking or writing words and sentences that don’t make sense or not being able to always understand what other people are saying.
Due to the diagnosis, Willis has recently retired from acting. And while it’s sad, there’s some sweetness intertwined: in his free time, he’s been spending more time with his family.
First, Willis’ wife, Emma Heming Willis, recently posted a sweet video in her Instagram story of Bruce walking near a calm-flowing river. Then, she posted two pictures of her and Willis, her husband of 13 years, which was made even sweeter knowing the photographer: their 10-year-old, Mabel, whose credits were posted on the photo along with the caption “Mom and Dad.” The two also share a 7-year-old daughter, Evelyn.
In one of the photos, the two are lovingly looking at each other as if nothing else matters in the word. In the other, Emma is affectionately looking at her husband as he smiles for the camera. “Mom & Dad in their favorite habitat 🏔🥾 #offthegrid,” the caption of the photo reads.

So sweet! And we’re not the only one who thinks so. The photo received over $92k likes with thousands upon thousands of comments from supportive fans.
“So beautiful. Love this so much. Thinking of all of you!” someone wrote.
“My dad has a going thru the same,” another shared. “It’s heartbreaking 💔 thanks for shedding light on aphasia.”
“Sometimes off the grid is the place to be. Be well Willis clan,” another wrote.
“Glad you all have the peace and beauty of this moment!” someone else shared.
The news of Willis’ aphasia came from his ex-wife Demi Moore, but the official statement was signed by Emma, Mabel and Evelyn. It was also signed by Moore and her and Willis’ children, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Though Moore and Willis aren’t together, their children love both of their parents, and Moore still cares deeply for Willis.
What do you think of Willis’ aphasia diagnosis? How sweet are the new photos with his wife?
