There’s something almost reassuring about realizing that celebrities are just like the rest of us. They have been quarantining at home throughout 2020 just like everyone else, and they also miss loved ones they don’t see very often due to COVID-19.

Bruce Willis doesn’t post photos of his family on Instagram very often, but he does occasionally, and his most recent Instagram post reminds us of our own Christmas celebration. In the photo, which was originally posted by his wife, Emma Willis, he is standing next to his wife with their two daughters, 6-year-old Evelyn and 8-year-old Mabel, standing in front of him.

In the photo, which Bruce shared on Christmas day, the family of four is wearing matching red and black Christmas pajamas. They are standing outside the front door of what looks like an impressive looking home that is very well decorated for Christmas. There is a wreath on each of the double doors.

Emma took the photo and posted the photo. She wrote, “I put my camera on a ladder, set the timer, and crossed my fingers. Lol. Now that’s 2020 for you. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our party of 4 to yours!”

When Bruce shared the photo, he included the same text as his wife.

We have to say that crossing her fingers must have worked because this is a pretty impressive family photo. We love the way Bruce is looking adoringly at his wife.

Although Bruce doesn’t share many family photos on Instagram (the last one was the 4th of July), Emma posts personal photos fairly often. Her most recent post is of just her and Bruce in honor of the 14th anniversary of their 1st date.

Earlier in 2020, Emma posted a family picture where she is kissing her husband on Thanksgiving. For whatever reason, Bruce didn’t share this picture.

Back in June 2020, Emma posted a photo of her birthday celebration, and Bruce’s first wife, Demi Moore was also at the party.

It might seem strange, but Bruce and Emma are on good terms with Moore, and they often spend time together. In the post from Christmas, Emma even tagged Moore and Bruce’s three children with Moore. Emma wrote, “we miss you guys.”

At the beginning of the pandemic, Bruce was even quarantining with Moore in Idaho along with their children Scout, Rumor and Tallulah. Meanwhile, Emma, Evelyn and Mabel stayed in Los Angeles. No, Emma and Bruce’s relationship was not hitting a rocky patch. Emma was actually planning on joining the family in Idaho until a medical emergency and travel restrictions kept her home with her daughters.

Do you think it’s strange that Bruce Willis is on such good terms with his ex? Do you have trouble taking family photos, or do you have good luck setting a timer and crossing your fingers?
