When we think of a diet, we usually think of limiting what we eat for the goal of improving our health in some way. Maybe it’s to lose weight. Maybe it’s to combat an issue like diabetes. Maybe it’s to help us build muscle. Whatever it is, when you’re on a diet, you can’t eat whatever your want whenever you want.

Dwayne Johnson, also known as the The Rock, is currently on a strict diet, but he really looks forward to Sundays. Why? On Sunday he has a cheat meal.

The idea of having a cheat meal when you’re on a diet isn’t anything new. For example, if your diet means that you’re giving up some of your favorite foods, it can help to know that you can still enjoy them once in awhile during a cheat meal. Perhaps your cheat meal is pizza or your favorite forbidden dessert.

The Rock has been sharing pictures of his Sunday cheat meals, and they are definitely epic. For example, one cheat meal consists of not one, not two, but 4 whole pizzas, each one made with a double pizza crust.

Another example of one of The Rock’s cheat meals consists of a stack of 12 pancakes.

It seems that The Rock really, really likes to enjoy carbs during his cheat meals. Another example of one of his favorite carb-filled cheat meals is a combination of bagels and pasta in the same meal.

We don’t know how he manages to eat so much in one meal, but it’s kind of enviable. We might be willing to go on a strict diet too if it meant we could enjoy as eating multiple pizzas and plates full of sweet carbs one day a week.
