Kelly Osborne hasn’t always been what you would consider thin, but several years ago, she decided to make a change. Not only did she change up her diet and exercise, but she also had surgery.

Recently, Osborne has admitted to having gastric sleeve surgery about 2 years ago. While some people might consider surgery a shortcut to weight loss, the real test is if the patient can keep the weight off.

Osborne has definitely proven that she has put in the work to keep the pounds away. We doubt that they’ll ever sneak back. She has lost a total of 85 pounds, and her transformation is seriously incredible.

On Instagram, she posted a video of herself in a car. She is wearing a form fitting jacket, and the overwhelming reaction in the comments is that she looks incredible. Her friend Vanessa Hudgens summed up all the comments with her simple one-word comment, “Goddess.”

At the beginning of the year, Osborne decided that she was going to make herself a priority in 2020, and she has stayed true to that promise to herself.

Osborne’s healthy lifestyle includes a flexiterian diet where she mainly eats vegan meals but will indulge in other foods in moderation from time to time. She has also hired a personal trainer.

Losing weight is not the only healthy change that Osborne has made. She has also been sober for 2 years.

Osborne knows that she is not perfect and never will be, and she’s 100% okay with that. On the British talk show “Lorraine,” Osborne said, “I have accepted the fact that—and I know I have said this throughout my whole life but I really understand it now—that I am not perfect and I am never going to be and I don’t want to be.”
