Kelly Clarkson Has Been Awarded Couple’s $10 Million Montana Ranch in Divorce

Divorce can be very messy, and that’s no exception when it comes to Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock. The couple, who spit up in 2020, has been in a divorce battle for quite sometime.

Throughout the divorce battle, Blackstock has been living at the couple’s ranch in Montana while Clarkson has been living in Los Angeles. Blackstock even plans to change his entire life to become a rancher in Montana instead of a talent manager.

Meanwhile, Clarkson wants to sell the ranch that Blackstock is calling home. Blackstock was arguing that the property was marital property, but Clarkson argued that it was hers to sell. Turns out, the court sided with Clarkson. She has been awarded the ranch in Montana which is worth approximately $10 million. Watch the video below for more details.

What does it mean for Blackstock that Clarkson has been awarded the ranch? It’s going to be hard for him to be a rancher without a ranch.

Blackstock currently doesn’t have any clients as a music manager. His last remaining client was Blake Shelton who has dropped him as manager. That leaves him homeless and jobless if Clarkson can get him to move out.

Inside sources told TMZ that Clarkson wants her ex to leave the Montana property but he refuses to move out. Clarkson considers Blackstock a squatter and is considering taking legal action to get him to pack his bags.

At this point, Clarkson and Blackstock are officially divorced, but they are still ironing out the details. The ranch was a huge sticking point that Blackstock was contesting. This is a major win for Clarkson.

Do you think Blackstock will leave the Montana ranch on his own, or will Clarkson have to take action to force him to leave? Where do you think he will go? Do you think he will find a way to become a rancher without the Montana ranch?
