Some people like to switch up the way they dress on a regular basis, keeping up with style trends or even starting new trends. Then there are people who get stuck in a certain look and tend to dress in a similar way day after day, year after year.

While we still probably notice when someone who changes up their look often changes it yet again, we are more likely to pay even more attention when someone who almost never changes their look makes a big change. That’s exactly what recently happened on the daytime talk show “The View.”

During the show, co-host Whoopi Goldberg suddenly started quoting an old medication jingle. She said, “pop, pop, fizz, fizz, oh what a relief it is.” Perhaps you don’t remember this jingle, but if you do, you are probably immediately thinking of bright pink Pepto Bismol.

Goldberg wasn’t quoting the jingle randomly. She also wasn’t about to start a conversation about medication or upset stomach issues. Instead, she was referencing the jingle because of the color it brings to mind – bright pink.

One of the show’s co-hosts, Joy Behar, is known for wearing mainly black. She wears black day after day, year after year. That’s the looks she prefers. However, on this particular day, Behar was wearing a black top along with another color – bright pink. She wore a matching black pink jacket and pants.

Behar immediately knew the jingle was directed at her and her outfit. She even stood up and moved back from the table so the studio audience and the cameras could have a better look at what she was wearing.

Watch the video below to hear the co-hosts discuss Behar’s bright pink outfit and to hear Behar’s explanation about why she wasn’t wearing her usual all black ensemble.

What do you think of Behar’s new look?
