Members of the ‘Full House’ Cast Reunite To Remembers Bob Saget

It has been about 2 months since Bob Saget died unexpectedly in his hotel room. He was well known as the TV dad on the popular ’90s sitcom “Full House,” and he reprised the role for the Netflix reboot of the show which was called “Fuller House.”

The cast of the show has kept in touch over the years, and they have all mourned Saget’s death. They saw each other again at the funeral as they grieved together, but they hadn’t really spent a lot of time together since the pandemic started.

Recently, the cast had the opportunity to reunite for a reason that was not solely related to talking about Saget. They were one of several TV families to appear at ’90s con which took place March 11-13 in Hartford, Connecticut.

The cast found it therapeutic to reunite and see each other again. Candace Cameron Bure, who played DJ Tanner, Andrea Barber, who played Kimmy Gibler, DJ’s quirky best friend, and Scott Weinger, who played DJ’s boyfriend Steve, even drove to the event in the same car.

After ’90s con was over, several members of the cast sat down to answer some questions the TODAY show had about what it was like to reunite, how they are coping with Saget’s death, and what other ’90s stars they were excited to see at ’90s con. Watch the video below for all the details.

“Full House” was far from the only ’90s TV show represented at ’90s con. Other popular shows where some of the cast made an appearance include “Boy Meets World,” “Family Matters,” “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” and “Party of Five.”
