Dad Cracks People Up By Photoshopping His Premature Baby Into ‘Manly’ Activities

While many parents today take too many pictures to count of their precious children, especially when those children are adorable, itty bitty babies, some parents take it a step further.

For example, some parents take over-the-top christmas card photos of or with their kids that are super hilarious. Other parents, like Chip and Joanna Gaines, make even ordinary photos extraordinary. We’re talking about making passport photos extraordinary. Really.

Then, there are the parents who photoshop their kids into dangerous situations. One dad used photoshop to put his daughter in dangerous situations that were still just realistic enough that it makes you look twice.

Yes, we said “parents.” The dad in the example above isn’t the only parent who has photoshopped his kids. We’re sure there are many, but one we want to tell you about today is the dad of a premature baby boy.

Matt Mac shares via Bored Panda that “When my daughter was born 2+ years ago, I photoshopped her playing sports as an infant and had wanted to do something similar for my son.”

Mac’s son Ryan was born six weeks premature, but he didn’t let that stop him from creating amazing photoshop images. In fact, he used it as inspiration. You see, Mac “joked that he wasn’t premature just ‘advanced’ – so I came up with the idea that we should do a photoshoot of him doing manly adult things.”

Mac posted the photos and his followers loved it. He says the only comments that were negative were from people who were concerned about the baby’s safety. Mac says that all of the danger “came from photoshop and he was always being held and was never in any harm.”

We love how baby Ryan seems to be practically flying in these photos of the lawn mower and the leaf blower.

Mac says that for this photo, “I made a rig that hung from the ceiling. It mounted the camera and also held the barbell above Ryan so all he had to do was grip it rather than hold it up.”

We love the expression on Ryan’s face in this photo.

Mac says that he made outfits and props for each photoshoot. His wife would sometimes help him by holding baby Ryan so that he could position his arms and legs for the photo.

Here are a few more photos of baby Ryan.

Can you imagine if a baby could actually hold an ax? It’s so much bigger than he is!

This reminds us of that famous photo of the dogs playing poker. Such a cute setup!

Mac has “three pieces of advice for parents of premature babies…be patient, be positive, and seek support.”
