Independence Day may have already come and gone, but here at TipHero, we like to celebrate America every day. To prove it, we have a very special video for you which illustrates that even the tiniest tots can give even the most patriotic Americans a run for their money.

Just days before the Fourth of July, 2-year-old Amelia Day Bubenik put her feet in the sand and belted out an absolutely heart-stopping rendition of “God Bless America.” Adorned in red, white, and blue–from head to teeny toes!–the toddler sang her little heart out, with plenty of emotion to spare. Though we’re not sure if the little girl *quite* grasps the concepts of patriotism and sacrifice for country just yet, it’s clear that she is in her element. She loves to sing and she LOVES her red, white, and blue outfit.

Since first being posted to her Facebook page, the clip has caught the attention of people far and wide, including some of the biggest news organizations in the country. As a matter of fact, ABC News was so taken by little Amelia’s success that they interviewed her mother, Amy Bubenik, to get all of the deets.

The proud mom explained that she has a strong desire to instill a sense of patriotism in her kids because Amelia’s father and grandfather are both Navy veterans. So, after noticing that the tot loved to sing, Bubenik had a brilliant idea…

“We decided to give her a little challenge and started singing the national anthem,” Bubenik told ABC News. “We gave her two lines a day and about two weeks later she knew the whole thing.”

“She sang it on the first try. I had chills the second I saw she sang the whole thing,” Bubenik added.

But, little Amelia didn’t stop there. She has since taken every opportunity to show her love for her country. “She had been singing it all the time,” the mom said. “She would sing it any time a sporting event would take place. She would stop anything she was doing and sing it.”

As mentioned, the video of little Amelia belting her heart out has been shared by news organizations all over this country, racking in hundreds of thousands of views in the process. It’s an amazing achievement and one that the little girl’s mom couldn’t be more proud of.

“It’s amazing — the comments, the love of the song itself and Amelia’s ability to sing it,” Bubenik said. “Really positive and heartwarming to see so many people touched by the song and a tiny little girl like her singing it.”
