Do you ever watch a movie with a fictional couple and think, “man, these two would be really great together in real life!”?

There’s actually a good chance that if you notice chemistry on screen that these actors probably have good chemistry in the real world. In fact, there are many celebs who wound up not only starting a relationship but getting married after they met making a movie together.

   This couple fell for each other while working together on Black Swan in 2010. They didn’t waste any time getting engaged that same year. They now share two children together.

2. Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck

   Did you know this famous couple actually started their romance filming Daredevil in 2002? They were married for 10 years and shared three children before officially separating.

3. Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

   In 1981, this iconic couple met on an episode of Bosom Buddies and it’s been love ever since. They married in 1998, have two sons, and are still happily together to this day.

4. Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli

   Orange is the New Black brought these two together. They said “I do” in 2017 (after Morelli left her husband for Wiley).

5. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively

   They filmed Green Lantern together in 2010, began dating in 2011, and got married in 2012. They then went on to have three children and are still happily married today.

6. Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem

   These two have known each other since the early ‘90s, but really kicked things up after filming Vicky Cristina Barcelona together in 2008. Two years later, they got hitched and now they’re happily married with two kids.

7. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

   When these two starred together in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Pitt wound up ending his marriage to Jennifer Anniston and starting what would be a 12-year relationship with Jolie. The two eventually got married and split two years later, sharing custody for their six children.

8. Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling

   The 2011 film The Place Beyond the Pines brought these pretty people together, who have been together for nine years and have two children together.

9. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr.

   One of our favorite couples, if we do say so ourselves. These two met on the set of I Know What you Did Last Summer in 1997 and have been together since, sharing two kids.

10. Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy

    The chemistry between these two was undoubtable on the set of the 2007 movie Evening. Two years later, they got married. They also have two children together.

11. Julia Roberts and Danny Moder

    Though Moder wasn’t IN the film (he’s a cinematographer), Roberts noticed him while she starred in The Mexican in 2000. They got married in 2002 and now have three kids together for one big happy family.

12. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman

    It was on the 1989 set of Days of Thunder where these two met, got married, and were together for 11 years. They divorced in 2001, and now Kidman is married to country singer Keith Urban.

13. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton

    This classic duo first laid eyes on each other in 1962 filming Celopatra. They were both married at the time, but hey, when you know you know! They got married in 1964, but got divorced after 12 years. They then remarried again for less than a year!
