Lisa Marie Presley hasn’t been very active on social media over the past few years. She has been grieving the death of her son, Benjamin Keough who committed suicide in July 2020. Shortly after his death, Lisa Marie‘s manager told TMZ, “She is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11 year old twins and her oldest daughter Riley. She adored that boy. He was the love of her life.”

In October 2020, on what would have been her son’s birthday, Lisa Marie posted a picture of her son wearing a birthday hat. The post was in honor of his birthday, and she poured out her heart about how much she missed him. She wrote, “My beautiful beautiful angel, I worshipped the ground you walked on, on this earth and now in Heaven. My heart and soul went with you.The depth of the pain is suffocating and bottomless without you every moment of every day. I will never be the same.”

Lisa Marie wrote, “I do want to take a moment to let you know that I have seen Baz Luhrmann’s movie “Elvis” twice now, and let me tell you that it is nothing short of spectacular.” She went on to praise the film, but she also took time to talk about her late son. She continued, “It breaks my heart that my son isn’t here to see it. He would have absolutely loved it as well.”
