Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Share First Glimpse of Baby Sussex

As promised, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their first media appearance with their new son on Wednesday, May 8. Wrapped in a white blanket and wearing a tiny cap, the baby boy was being cradled in his dad’s arms.

Meghan was glowing as she spoke about how the past few days have been for them as new parents:

“It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy. He has the sweetest temperament. He’s really calm, he’s just been a dream.”

They kept the affair intimate, with only a handful of press there to snap pictures of the adorable newborn and ask questions. Both the duke and duchess could not stop beaming as they gazed at their baby and each other.

When asked who the baby looks like, they answered that they were still trying to figure that out. Prince Harry joked that since he heard babies’ looks change during the first few weeks, they’ll be checking it out over the next month, but the baby already has some facial hair.

The busy couple thanked the public for the love and has plans to visit with the Queen later today. They are excited about introducing their son to other family members too. Although the baby boy’s name hasn’t been revealed yet, royal fans can anticipate hearing more in the near future.

Is this your first time seeing the newest royal? What do you think they will name him? Can you tell the two of them are filled with joy?
