Adele doesn’t usually share a lot about her love life on social media, but she made an exception in her most recent Instagram post. The singer shared a series of photos featuring her boyfriend, Rich Paul. She captioned the post simply, “Time flies.”
In the first snap, the couple is standing in front of a mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Paul has a key ring around one of his fingers. Yes, this is the couple’s new home.

The home previously belonged to Sylvester Stallone. According to the Daily Mail, after relocating his family to Florida, Stallone originally listed his Beverly Hills mansion for sale at $110 million. When there weren’t any takers, he lowered the price to $85 million and then $80 million.
Adele and Paul were able to purchase the home for $58 million. Considering the original asking price, that sounds like a bargain even though we can hardly fathom purchasing a home that expensive.
The mansion is 18,587 square feet and sits on 3.5 acres of land. The home boasts 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms. Six of the bedrooms and 9 of the bathrooms are in the main house. These bedrooms include a master suite that features a steam room, a sauna and an office with a terrace. In addition, there are three more en-suite bedrooms and two addition maids bedrooms.
The main house also features a movie theater, a cigar room and a home gym. Rodeo Drive can be seen from the main home’s living room.
According to one of Stallone’s listing agents, Jade Mills, the home gym looks like Rocky’s gym. Remember, this was Stallone’s house. Mills said, “What would you expect Rocky’s gym to look like? It truly is Rocky’s gym, even though I’m sure the whole family uses it.”
In addition to the main house, there is also a guest house that includes a full kitchen and two en-suite bedrooms.
Outside the house, there is a swimming pool and a putting green. There is also an art studio and an air-conditioned 8-car garage.
The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated community. According to Mills, “It’s double gated. You’re gated within the community, and then, again, when you get to the house, you’re gated.” After passing through the second gate, there is a long driveway that leads to the house.
Besides this new home purchase, Adele also owns three other mansions in Beverly Hills and a home in London.
While Adele and Paul appear to be moving in together, it’s not clear if they are engaged or not, but it seems that Adele would like to have another child.
