Easy, Genius Brunch Ring Has All Your Favorite Things

The next time you’re hosting brunch, you could carefully prepare bacon, biscuits, lots of different kinds of eggs— or you could put them all together into the best Brunch Ring ever and make everybody happy. Spoon University shows us how:

You’ll Need:

– 4 slices of bacon
– 4 eggs
– 1 package of shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (or 2 cups of shredded cheddar, Colby and Monterey/Pepper Jack cheeses, mixed)
– One 8 ounce can of Pillsbury crescent rolls (or any homemade dough you like to use)
– 1 tomato, chopped
– 1 avocado, chopped

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the bacon until it’s slightly undercooked and set aside. (Don’t worry! It will cook more in the oven.)
  3. Scramble the eggs until they are just undercooked. (As with the bacon, they will cook more in the oven.)
  4. Open the crescent rolls. Arrange the triangle pieces in a ring, points facing outward and short sides connecting.
  5. Place a small piece of bacon onto each triangle segment.
  6. Place the eggs on top of the bacon pieces.
  7. Sprinkle the whole thing generously with the shredded cheese.
  8. Fold over each corner toward the center. Seal the ring by pressing the dough into the short edge on the inside of the ring.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with the chopped tomato and avocado.

Delicious! I think this dish would be a big hit any time of year. Will you give this one a try? What are your favorite crowd-pleasing brunch dishes?
