If you’re ever in a pinch and need to make a rich delicious frosting nothing could be easier than this white chocolate buttercream. Check out the video below to see how easy this is to make.
What You Need
- 1 cups of butter
- 1 cups of white chocolate chips
What You Do
- Combine both ingredients in a medium saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring continually. It’s OK if white chocolate and butter start to separate.
- Once completely melted, remove from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Place in bowl or saucepan and put in fridge until it solidifies. Ours solidified in 90 minutes.
- Once it solidifies you can take out of fridge and using a hand mixer beat it until it becomes creamy.
That’s it! This is an easy simple frosting that only takes two ingredients and tastes delicious.
