Sweet Potatoes
– 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1/2 pound each)
– 4 tablespoons sour cream
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 to 4 teaspoons brown sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Honeyed Almonds
– 1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
– 2 tablespoons honey
– Pinch coarse salt
