We won’t lie—sometimes when couples feed each other, we sort of gag. It’s like, don’t you have hands? Do you know how to chew on your own? Why do grown humans need to feed each other? To each their own, we suppose, but we do find it a little strange.

However, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently posted an Instagram photo of him feeling his girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, and this one was so not gag-worthy. It’s actually the sweetest thing we’ve ever seen!

For some background, if you’re not up to date on your celebrity babies, Lauren recently gave birth to the two’s second child (and Dwayne’s third) earlier this year, Tiana Gia. And she’s just the most precious bundle of joy.

The parents have loved having another newborn to take care of, but of course, having a baby comes with lots of daily struggles, especially when it comes to mama. Lauren has been breastfeeding, which new moms (and old, for that matter) know can take a huge toll on your body.

One evening while Lauren was nursing Tiana, Dwayne decided to show his lady some true love and let her eat while she feeding. That’s why he was feeding her!

He posted the adorable photo to his Instagram with the caption below:

“I’ll handle this business. Mama @laurenhashianofficial has her hands full nursing/feeding Baby Tia, so I’m feedin’ mama her dinner. My pleasure. So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things. Just landed and good to get all my girls settled in.”

What an amazing shout out to a well-deserving mama! That’s love (and teamwork!) if we ever saw it.

That’s not the only time he’s publicly displayed his affection for Lauren. When she gave birth to Tiana, he wrote on his Instagram: “I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there.”

He then added some key words on men respecting women, especially when giving birth: “Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do,” he sayd. “But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer – watch your child being born. Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless.

Besides Tiana, the couple also have another daughter—a 2-year-old named Jasmine Lia, and Dwayne also has 16-year-old Simone Alexandra with ex-wife Danny Garcia. Surrounded by women, and clearly he knows how to treat them!

“I was so fortunate to have fallen in love once,” Dwayne told People Magazine, referring to Danny, and then added: “To fall in love again? That’s a hard thing to do twice in the position I’m in. I’m one lucky son of a bitch.”
