Tasty Treat: No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

If you’re a sucker for the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, then you’re going to want to try out this recipe ASAP. There’s no baking required and you’ll create a delicious treat that you won’t be able to get enough of. Check out the video below to see the recipe in action:

Here’s what you need:

-1/2 cup melted butter
-1 package of graham crackers (about 1 cup, crushed)
-1 cup powdered sugar
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 cup milk chocolate chips ( can substitute with nutella)

And here’s what you do:

  1. Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in the peanut butter.
  2. Spread this mixture in a 9″ by 13″ baking pan and pat down firmly.
  3. Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl until melted. Stir until smooth. You can also use double boil method.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Place baking pan in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until completely chilled.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
