One of our new favorite ways to eat them? Spring rolls! One of the best things about these summer fruit spring rolls is that you can make them with any of your favorite fruits. If you want to make them exactly how Gemma makes them . . .
–½ cantaloupe melon
–Bunch of mint
–8 rice paper wraps
–¼ cup honey or agave
–Zest and juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
– 3 tablespoons water, to thin out sauce, if needed
