Have you heard the rumors? Celebrities are probably used to finding out lies being spread about them in the rumor mill. Sometimes they address the rumors. Sometimes they probably choose to ignore them.
Steve Harvey and his wife, Marjorie Bridges Harvey, have been victims of the rumor mill recently. According to rumors that started spreading on X (formerly Twitter) last week, Marjorie cheated on her husband with both her bodyguard and her chef.

Now, Steve and Marjorie are both addressing those rumors and shutting down the rumor mill.
Over the weekend, while on stage in Atlanta, Steve took the opportunity to tell people who are spreading rumors about him and his wife to “find something else to do.” He addressed the crowed by saying, “Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine.” He added, “I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do because we’re fine.” He continued, “Lord have mercy. Man, I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining.”

Marjorie used Instagram as her platform to dispel the rumors. She wrote, “My husband and I don’t usually stop to address all the foolishness and lies that have been spread about us.” Then she explained that she was posting this message because “to whom much is given much is required. I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility to those that may not be as strong as we are.”
Marjorie shared a link to a website as well as a screenshot of the title of the article on the website. The title of the article is “How to Handle Being Lied About.”

Steve and Marjorie have been married since 2007. This is Steve’s third marriage. The couple has a total of 7 children and 7 grandchildren between them.
