You’ll Need
– Juice from ½ a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
– ¼ teaspoon turmeric
– ½ teaspoon minced ginger
– ½ teaspoon honey
– 1 cup hot water

How To

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a mug. The turmeric doesn’t quite dissolve, so be sure to stir occasionally while you drink.
