Some have said “it’s a marshmallow world in the winter” and these cheery snowmen couldn’t agree more. It doesn’t get cuter or easier than these cupcakes. You can make your own from scratch or use your favorite cake mix, and the same goes with the frosting. You can make your own or buy your favorite from the store. Just make sure that if you are buying the frosting that it is pure white and preferably a “whipped” variety. These cupcakes could not be easier. Simply frost your cakes, make little faces on your marshmallows, and instant snowmen! No matter if you’re down in the tropics or up in the Arctic. 

You will need:

Cupcakes

White frosting

Orange frosting in  piping bag

melted chocolate

1 large marshmallow per cupcake

1. Frost your cupcakes with large puffs of frosting. Set aside.
2. Using a toothpick and your melted chocolate draw the eyes and mouths of your snowmen.
3. Laying the marshmallow flat, pipe small points of orange frosting to create their carrot noses. Give these at least 5 minutes to set up before placing your marshmallows on the cupcakes, thus creating your snowmen.
