Snack Healthy with Baked Pear Chips

All You Need:
– Firm, underripe pears
- Preheat your oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Very thinly slice pears lengthwise with a mandoline or chef’s knife and place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 3 hours. Halfway through the baking time (1 1/2 hours), flip the slices. At the end of the 3 hours, they should be slightly darkened slightly and have curled edges, but still be pliable.
- Transfer to a wire rack and let stand until cool and crisp.
