People Are Praising Singing Amazon Delivery Driver For Warning Homeowners About ‘Unsafe’ House
When Jessica Huseman placed an order on Amazon, she probably never thought it would result in her Amazon delivery driver giving her potentially lifesaving advice, but that’s just what happened. Talk about going above and beyond!
Huseman posted a video of the interaction on TikTok, and it has been viewed over 4 million times. The video starts with the delivery driver walking up to the door with a box. That seems normal, but what happens next isn’t.
First, the delivery driver starts singing. She is cheerful, yet she has noticed something that she knows she needs to point out. First, she wishes the home owner a good day. Then, she points out that there aren’t any house numbers on the house, and that’s a problem because it makes the house hard to find.
You might be thinking it’s not exactly lifesaving advice to put house numbers on your house. Sure, it makes your house easier to find, but how could it save your life?
The Amazon delivery driver points out exactly why this advice is so important. She says, “What if you needed any medical assistance and the paramedics didn’t know your town well.” That’s a very good point.

@_jesshopehuseWe just moved in and this happened today…she’s not wrong though. Guess I need to get some house numbers. ##amazondelivery♬ original sound – Jessica Huseman
Huseman also posted a follow-up video defending the delivery driver and explaining why the package was for someone named Jennifer when her name is Jessica.

The Amazon driver, Kelsey, has a TikTok of her own, and she shared the video Huseman posted along with her perspective about the post and why she feels it is part of her job to give advice.

One TikToker commented on Kelsey’s video writing, “As a paramedic, thank you for this! Finding houses without numbers is the worst!!”
Another comment reads, “my favorite part of this… you were more concerned with their safety than being inconvenienced while you work.”
Do you have house numbers on your house? Do you think more delivery drivers should talk to the camera and offer advice if necessary? Has a delivery driver ever talked to your camera?
