How do you cook cauliflower? I know I’m set in my ways with it; I always boil it in a pot of water, or sometimes steam it in a microwave-safe bag if I’m feeling lazy.   • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • Olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar, to taste


Sear the cauliflower on the stovetop (2-3 min. each side) then put them on a baking sheet roast at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Add some grated/microplaned parmesan cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
