– 5 tablespoons butter
– Cracked black pepper
– 4 tablespoons flour
– 1 quart stock-in-a-box, turkey or chicken
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 to 2 cups pan drippings, fat skimmed or separated
