When autumn arrives, we always fill our homes with pumpkins. They’re so festive and create such a warm atmosphere, but there’s one problem— what do we do with them afterward? We could just throw them out, but that’s so wasteful. Thank goodness we found this recipe from La Cooquette, showing us the best way to use our pumpkins: turning them into delicious fries. You’ll Need

– 2 small pumpkins
– 1 teaspoon garlic
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 2 teaspoons turmeric
– 2 teaspoons garlic
– Salt and pepper
– 1/2 cup of sour cream
– 2 teaspoons of onion powder
– 1/3 cup maple syrup
– 1/2 cup of fat free yogurt
