Some of you may know this trick already, but it definitely came as a surprise to me. You know how traditional peelers have two blades? Well, turns out that the other blade that you righties may not be using isn’t for people who are left-handed. Both blades are meant to be used when peeling. And when you do use both blades, you can get a job, like peeling carrots, done much faster.
