Paris Hilton is no stranger to being in the spotlight. She’s used to being judged and criticized by the media and by complete strangers online. While nobody exactly likes to be judged and criticized, Hilton draws the line when it comes to criticizing a child, especially when it’s her child.

Recently, Hilton posted a picture of herself and her 8-month old son on social media. She captioned the post, “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC.”

Unfortunately, Hilton’s followers weren’t exactly kind. Instead, they posted critical comments about the size of her son’s head. One comment reads, “Bros got a lot on his mind.”

Another person wrote, “Poor baby, but this is karma paris.” That comment seems to be judging both Paris and her son.

Another comment reads, “Give this poor kid back to his real mom.”

While some of the comments were very rude and uncalled for, other people jumped to the comments section to defend Paris and her son and to reassure Paris that her baby is perfect.

How does Paris feel about all of this? Mama bear is coming out. In her Instagram stories, she wrote, “Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe.”

In her post, Paris explained that it seems that no matter what she does people judge her for it and jump to conclusions. She wrote, “If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful.”

While Paris hates seeing the negative comments about her baby, those comments aren’t at all impacting how she sees her baby. She shared, “I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.” She ended the post by urging her followers to “treat one another with more kindness and empathy.”
