The weather is warming up, and we’re thinking about summer vacations. That also means it’s time to start shopping for a bathing suit.

While some people hate swimsuit shopping, others let it all hang out and don’t care what anyone thinks. Then there are those people who might be paying a little too much attention to what others are wearing – at least, that’s what TikTok thinks.

One TikTok user named Kim Stram posted a video she took at a water park. The video was not of her or her family. Instead, it was a video she took of a pool full of people in order to mom shame one of the women in the pool.

The video shows a mom wearing a bikini, and the bottoms are thongs. Stram wanted to know, “Is this appropriate for a family water park or not?” She wrote, “I don’t think it’s appropriate there’s kids all around her.” She added, “but she looks great!!”

In the comments, almost nobody agreed with Stram. Instead, the comments are full of people telling Stram to mind her own business and sharing that they feel Stram is the one who is being inappropriate for recording this woman without her knowledge.

One comment reads, “I think it’s inappropriate to sit and record this and make it a thing.”

Another person asked, “is it appropriate to record someone in a bathing suit without them noticing?”

Then there are the comments about the woman’s choice of swim attire. Many, including people who have worked for water parks, feel that the swimsuit is in fact appropriate.

One person shared, “I worked at a Waterpark for almost three years, this is totally fine.”

Another TikTok user wrote, “yes it is, i have a kid and go with him on family beaches in thongs. she looks great btw.”
