Brooks Nader’s sisters staged an intervention after becoming worried about her use of weight-loss drugs.

In episode 7 of their new reality show Love Thy Nader, sisters Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland confronted the model about taking too much GLP-1 medication. Their concern grew after Brooks nearly fainted during a workout class.

“I typically microdose GLP-1, this weight-loss drug,” Brooks, 28, revealed per Page Six.

“But now, since I have Maxim photo shoot coming up, and I’m probably gonna be half-naked, I’m upping my dose a little because I want to be extra snatched,” she added.

“But at the same time, the symptoms of the weight loss drug, they’ve gotten a lot worse recently.”

After the workout class, Brooks’ sisters discovered her nearly unconscious in the bathtub. Grace Ann, 25, later explained in a confessional that her sister hadn’t eaten the night before or at all that day.

“There is an enormous amount of pressure in the modeling industry in order to be a working model. I’ve felt it, everyone’s felt it. But Brooks puts an unrealistic amount of pressure on herself in order to maintain her appearance.”

Brooks tried to brush off the incident but admitted the medication has been making her feel very nauseous and tired. Grace Ann said she was deeply worried because her sister had been extremely fatigued, passing out, and even throwing up. The next day, Grace Ann staged an intervention with Mary Holland, 26, after they discovered a large pile of needles and bottles of the GLP-1 drug.

“Just seeing all of the needles piled up in one place makes me realize the gravity of how deep she’s gone in it. This is different doctors, clearly. This is different pharmacies,” Mary Holland said.

“That’s dangerous. She’s overprescribed. This amount is so concerning,” she added.

Sarah Jane admitted she had also used a weight-loss drug in the past and felt there might be a deeper issue with Brooks. When a psychologist arrived to help, Brooks was caught off guard and grew defensive, upset that her sisters were judging her even though some of them had also used GLP-1.

“Why do you think I’m on GLP-1? Because every job I do, it’s like you have to fit into a certain standard and a certain measurement and they’re straight up measuring my hips for all these new fashion jobs I’m getting into in Paris and Milan,” the model said.

“There’s requirements I don’t meet. And I know how vapid this industry is and if I say no to it, they’re just going to pick someone else.”

Brooks admitted she needed to focus more on her health but said she planned to continue using weight-loss drugs and stick to a bone broth diet until her upcoming photo shoot was finished. She acknowledged that her sisters were acting out of love but felt it was difficult for them to understand. Brooks also reflected that her career in modeling may have led to an unhealthy relationship with weight and food, though she doesn’t feel she has an eating disorder.
