The only thing that screams easy summertime eating more than a hot dog? A corn dog! Still, while they might be easy to eat, corn dogs can get a little messy and even a little tricky to make. So what to do if you and your kids get a craving? Making these mini corn dog muffins! They’re fun and totally delicious, and your family will have fun making them together and eating them together. Food Network’s Southern At Heart shows us how it’s done.
