Meghan Markle Reportedly Has Signed a Voiceover Deal With Disney

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have definitely proven themselves to be untraditional royals. First of all, Meghan is an American who joined the royal family, and this is her second marriage. This isn’t exactly the background of a traditional royal, but it certainly sounds like a real-life fairytale.

While many little girls would probably dream of growing up and marrying a handsome prince, Meghan wants to return to her American roots. Just days ago, Meghan and Harry announced that they’ll be splitting their time between the United Kingdom and America, choosing to officially step down as senior members of the royal family.

Now, there’s a new announcement. Not only is Meghan going to be in her home country (the United States) more often, but she’s also returning to her career as an actress. While you won’t see the Duchess staring in a new movie or TV series any time soon, you may hear her voice.

Reportedly, Meghan has signed a voiceover deal with Disney. In exchange, Disney has agreed to make a donation to the charity Elephants Without Borders.

There’s no word yet on what project this voiceover work will be for. We can only speculate, but wouldn’t it be cool if an American who married a prince gave her voice to a Disney princess?

Does it surprise you that Meghan is returning to acting?
