Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson Have Made Their Red Carpet Debut
It’s been popularly known that reality TV star Kim Kardashian and Saturday Night Live actor Pete Davidson are in a relationship—however, they haven’t yet walked down the red carpet together debuting their couple-y status, until recently.
On Saturday, April 30, Davidson was Kardashian’s plus one for the White House Correspondents’ dinner.
The two were dressed in similar but different vibes for the red carpet debut: Kardashian dressed in her best donning a sparkly silver Balenciaga gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Davidson in a velvet Prada suit, a skinny tie, sunglasses, and Vans. Fancy, right?
The event was hosted by Trevor Noah with many notable people in attendance, including President Joe Biden and his wife, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Ziwe Fumudoh, Billy Eichner, Judith Light, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Martha Stewart, Brooke Shields, Chris Tucker and many others. Kardashian was invited due to her new Hulu reality series “The Kardashians,” which recently debuted in April.
The two got there long after the dinner had begun “as the catering staff struggled to get entrees served to almost 3,000 guests,” PEOPLE reports. “Pete kept his sunglasses on. And neither said anything as they made their way to their table.”
After the dinner, Kardashian posted a slew of photos of them from the event with the casual caption of “White House din din.” They’re pretty cute in the photos—holding hands, sticking their tongues out, etc.

The two have been dating since the end of 2021 after many hangouts together, including dinners and private parties after Kardashian hosted her first SNL show. In November, Kardashian even threw Davidson a birthday party in Palm Springs.
However, it wasn’t until February 2022 when Davidson first actually used the word “girlfriend.” And then in March, it really became official when Kardashian posted the two of them on Instagram in a series of romantic photos.
Though this was the first White House Correspondents’ dinner since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Kardashian had gone back in 2012 as a guest with her mother Kris Jenner.
She might be known for her ditzy reality star ways, but Kardashian has actually become more publicly into politics in recent years. She’s now a successful businesswoman who has been vocal regarding briefings about prison reform. She’s also highly involved in working to overturn a number of convictions and passed her “baby bar” last year.
