If you’re sick of the high fructose corn syrup and high sugar content in regular, commercial ketchup, then here’s some good news. You can make your own really easily, and it will only take about 10 minutes. Here’s what you need in order to mix up your own healthier ketchup:

-1 cup of organic tomato paste
-1 tbsp of raw organic honey
-1 tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
-1/4 tsp mustard
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-1/4 cup water

Just whisk all of these ingredient together in a bowl and you’ve got some yummy, homemade ketchup!
