The first cuts are easy — you cut off the top and bottom. It’s the cuts that come after that I’m most curious about. Sometimes I’ll trim the skin off the outside first and go from there. Sometimes I’ll cut into halves and quarters and create little boats with the skins for presentation purposes. In the video below the Crazy Russian Hacker shows three great ways to cut a pineapple. I had never seen the third way and can’t wait to try it out.
