Reports of Anne Heche’s conditions maybe worse than appeared over the weekend.

A rep for Heche told Deadline Hollywood:

At this time Anne is in extreme critical condition. She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention,” the rep said in a statement. “She is in a coma and has not regained consciousness since shortly after the accident.”

This new statement came after reporting over the weekend that the actress was in stable condition.

Heche has been in the hospital since Friday when she crashed her blue Mini Cooper into a personal residence in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles.

Earlier today CNN reported that Heche is under investigation for misdemeanor DUI and hit and run, according to LAPD Officer Annie Hernandez.

A women, Lynne Mishele was inside the residence that Heche crashed into and barely escaped without injury. The fire that broke out after the crash destroyed most of Mishele’s belongings. A friend of Mishele’s has started a GoFundMe to help her after losing most of her belongings. From GoFundMe:

Lynne and her family very narrowly escaped physical harm, and for that we are very, very grateful. The home, however, was completely burned – with 59 firefighters taking 65 minutes to extinguish the flames – and immediately red-tagged by the LAFD, necessitating that Lynne leave the place she loves. Even more distressing is that Lynne lost her entire lifetime of possessions, mementos, all equipment for her business including her laptop and iPad, all of her clothing and basic necessities, and all household items. With firefighters’ help, she was able to pull a few damaged sentimental belongings from the wreckage. Everything else is gone.

Another video has surfaced of Heche’s Blue Mini Cooper racing through residential street:
