Big news for all of your Royal Family fans–Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are expecting their first child. According to an announcement released by Kensington Palace, the royal baby is expected to make his or her appearance in the spring of 2019. This comes as huge news to the many who have been focused on the Duchess’ belly ever since the pair tied the knot back in May.

Sources close to the Harry and Meghan told PEOPLE that the Duchess is about 3 months along and decided to go public with the news after receiving word that her 12-week scan had yielded positive results.

Over the weekend, internet sleuths began catching on to Meghan’s then-secret when she arrived at Princess Eugenie’s wedding in uncharacteristically dark and loose-fitting attire. While some wondered if the Duchess dressed down so as not to draw any attention away from the bride, it’s clear now that she was just trying her best to conceal her growing midsection.

Even though Meghan is undoubtedly enjoying the surge of positivity that is coming from the good news, it doesn’t mean that she is going to stay hidden in the palace until the spring. As a matter of fact, she and other members of the Royal Family are gearing up for a long international tour, that includes Australia, Fiji, and Tonga.

We don’t know about you, but we cannot WAIT to meet this new prince or princess! To learn even more about this royal pregnancy, be sure to watch the video below.
