Here’s a super simple apple cider vinegar drink that tastes good, won’t shoot your blood sugar through the roof, and that you’ll actually look forward to having. I make a double batch and drink it over the course of two days. In each serving, you’ll be getting one and a half tablespoons of ACV in addition to an extra alkaline boost from the lime juice.
Here’s what you need to mix together in order to make it:
- 6 ounces organic apple juice
- 8 ounces filtered water
- 3 tbsp raw, organic, unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 organic lime (about 1 tbsp)
Mix these all together and store in the fridge in a glass container for up to a week!
