Imagine this: you are a spectator in a stadium of thousands, watching one of the largest sporting competitions in the world. Seems pretty cool, huh? Well, let’s add this to the rhetorical scenario recipe—you are seated next to none other than Prince Harry. Yes, THE Prince Harry!

We’re not going to lie; the idea is enough to make our hearts flutter a bit, but there’s one big caveat that we failed to mention at the top. You aren’t the only one who has snagged a seat next to the handsome royal family member—your sneaky 2-year-old has, too, and she has taken it upon herself to have at it with his game-time snacks. Yikes, right?!

Believe it or not, this isn’t some bizarre “would you rather” set-up. It actually happened to a mother who attended an Invictus Games volleyball match in Toronto this past week. Today’s video shows her sly tot reaching her little hands right into Prince Harry’s bucket of popcorn.

Now, it’s important to note that she doesn’t just sample the snack just once, she actually manages to take several handfuls—all without Harry batting an eye.

Now, we don’t know if the prince is just ignoring the little girl or he is just super enthralled with what is happening on the field. Either way, you would think that an ex-Army captain would have a better awareness of a thief sitting right beside him!

Who exactly is this popcorn thief, anyway?

We’re sure you are all dying to know how this little girl and her mom were lucky enough to be seated next to the prince. As it turns out, the tot in question, 2-year-old Emily Henson, is actually the daughter of one of Harry’s friends, a man by the name of David Henson.

David came to become buddies with the prince after the two bonded after crossing paths at the Paralympics in 2014. David himself also served in the Army but was discharged after losing both of his legs to an IED in Afghanistan in 2011.

Since then, he went on to win a bronze in the 2016 Paralympics for his 200m run. So THAT’s one way to get in with the Royal Family!

What we love about this clip is the fact that little Emily’s mother, Hayley, is keeping her mouth shut through much of the popcorn-looting sesh. We know that Harry is technically a friend of the family’s, but if we were Hayley, we might feel a bit awkward about lecturing our little one in front of him, too; the man IS a prince after all.

To see the adorable sideline snack attack that is currently sweeping the globe, be sure to watch the video below. C’mon, brains, brawn, and a sense of humor—it really doesn’t get ANY better than Prince Harry!

We can’t wait to hear what you have to say about this princely behavior. Who is your secret prince crush—William or Harry? Have you ever crossed paths with anyone in the Royal Family before? If so, what was your experience like?
