I wasn’t aware of this but a lady just told me that if you are a member of JetBlue’s loyalty program, TrueBlue, and the price of a fare you’ve booked drops you can call JetBlue customer service and have the price difference credited to your TrueBlue account.

I also read on a message board that if the price on one of your legs goes down and the other leg goes up you can still call JetBlue customer service and get the credit to your account for the leg that went down and you do not need to pay more for the leg that went up.
