Making garlic milk is super easy too. You just need 4 cloves of crushed garlic, about a cup of milk and honey to taste.

Put the garlic and milk in a saucepan and slowly bring it to a boil over low heat. Stir the mixture frequently to make sure it doesn’t burn. Once the mixture boils, remove it from the heat, let it cool and add honey to sweeten it to your liking.

Since garlic is a natural blood thinner, it’s not a good idea to drink this mixture more than once a day, but one cup a day should be enough for you to experience significant pain relief.
