Forget Starbucks! Make Pumpkin Spiced Lattes in a Crock Pot
For me, it’s not truly fall until I’ve have something pumpkin-flavored. And pumpkin coffee is so deliciously fall.
However, the prices for pumpkin spiced lattes at places like Starbucks are not so delicious. At $4 and $5 a cup, your pumpkin coffee fix can end up being a drain our your wallet.
We’ve posted before about some easy ways to make your own individual pumpkin spice lattes at home instead of running out to the coffee shop. But if you’re looking to satisfy a big group of people, say at a holiday function or at work (for a sweet pick-me-up), then this Instructable is the way to go.
To make a large batch (enough for 12 mugs full of deliciousness), you’ll need a full pot of coffee, 1/2 can of pumpkin puree, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon. That’s it!
Simply pour the coffee into the crock pot, blend milk and pumpkin and add to the coffee. Then add the cinnamon and heat, covered, for 30 minutes.
