Easy, Freezing Homemade Fudgesicles
One of our best childhood summer memories is waiting to hear the chimes of the ice cream truck and rushing outside to get a refreshing, tasty fudgesicle. Watch What’s Up Moms show us how to recreate that childhood joy in our own kitchens with these easy homemade fudge popsicles.
You’ll Need:
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips
– 1/3 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
– 3/4 cup whole milk
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– Pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon coconut oil
How To:
- Put the chocolate, milk, cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to simmer while whisking. Continue to whisk for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add the vanilla and coconut oil. Whisk until incorporated.
- Pour into the popsicles molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
