‘Tis the season for winter squashes, and there’s no healthier way to satisfy a pasta craving than with spaghetti squash. Spaghetti squash is easy enough to make in the oven, but this recipe we found over at Closet Cooking bumps it up a few notches.

Basically, you roast your spaghetti squash, make a meat sauce (or use a jarred one if you’re pressed for time and ingredients), then use cottage or ricotta cheese, basil and mozzarella cheese to make lasagna layers right in the squash. Then you broil the stuffed squash for a few minutes and get this amazingness!
