Anyone who has been brave enough to run into circle of revelers and command a dance floor knows that it takes more than technical skill to boogey down, it also requires a whole lot of heart! That’s why we’re going to share a video with you today that properly (and adorably!) illustrates this notion. You will wish that every wedding reception comes equipped with this kid!

The viral clip stars a little tyke who could not possibly be a day over five-years-old. And though the handsome fella is sharply dressed, something tells us he still needed a little extra help from his mommy to get all gussied up before this particular wedding.

But, all jokes aside, this kid doesn’t let a little thing like age or dexterity get in the way of his number one love—dancing! Now, we know what you’re thinking; every child likes to bathe in the spotlight and show off their moves, and you’re absolutely right. We just love watching little ones express themselves through music, BUT this case is a whole lot different.

The tiny dancer absolutely takes over the dance floor, exhibiting all of the seriousness of a seasoned professional. He even has a gorgeous dance partner in a fire red ensemble that seems to be having a hard time keeping up with him! In her defense, those stilettos do look uncomfortable!

When his very own Ginger Rodgers slows down near the end of the song, the little guy doesn’t miss a beat. He gives her a rest and does a full lap around the giant crowd of adoring fans who are circling the dance floor. His signature ‘run and clap’ moves appears to be a hit with his friends and family.

Interestingly enough, the little guy and his ‘lady in red’ aren’t the only dancers out on the floor—there are several more experienced couples swaying to the beat. Nonetheless, his enthusiasm easily upstages all of his older peers. He weaves around them so quickly; we wonder if they even notice that the young’un is completely outshining them.

In the end, the brave kiddo even gets a little smooch from his gorgeous dance partner. His smooth moves will definitely make him popular with the ladies once he gets a little bit older! What a lucky kid.
