CROCK-POT MAC & CHEESE
Serves 2 to 3

You’ll Need
– 1 cup elbow Macaroni
– 1 ½ cups milk
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
– ¼ teaspoon paprika
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

How To

  1. Add the milk, macaroni, mustard powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika and butter to a small slow cooker, and mix well.
  2. Cook on the lowest setting for about two hours. After one hour, stir and check the texture. Cook for another hour or so until the pasta is al dente.
  3. Once the pasta is al dente, add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Note

Every slow cooker is different, so the time it takes for your crockpot to cook the macaroni might vary. Start checking for the al dente texture after an hour and as soon as it reaches it, add the cheese and enjoy!
