Candace Cameron Bure Reflects on the 10 Holiday Movies She’s Done for Hallmark

Hallmark Channel has many loyal viewers who tune in every year to watch their “Countdown to Christmas”, which is when the network literally goes above and beyond by airing new holiday movies every weekend from late October through mid-December.

Hallmark Channel often uses the same actors over and over again in their holiday movies. There are regulars that we see every year such as Danica McKeller, Alison Sweeney, Lacey Chabert, and Candace Cameron Bure.

Bure has stared in quite an impressive number of holiday movies. Her latest movie, “The Christmas Contest,” is actually her 10th holiday movie for Hallmark Channel.

In the movie, Bure is reunited with actor John Brotherton who also c0-starred with Bure in the Netflix series “Fuller House.” In the movie, Bure and Brotherton play exes who “compete in a Christmas contest to win money for the charity of their choosing. The city watches them battle and choose what is more important, victory or love.”

Bure and Brotherton visited Hallmark Channel’s headquarters in Los Angeles to help ring in the holiday season by revealing the network’s Christmas decorations. The office building has been transformed int0 what looks like a huge present.
