Nobody can resist that delicious sauce, but if you’re a vegetarian or a vegan, you’ve always had to abstain. Well friends, your wait is over. Brown Vegan shows us how to make a Buffalo “wings” out of one of our favorite versatile veggies: cauliflower! It’ll be the perfect snack for everybody on game day. Watch how it’s made.
– 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
– 1/2 cup rice or all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 cup hot sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegan margarine, melted (Brown Vegan recommends Earth Balance)
